Educational/Professional Background

In 2019, I earned my B.S. in Software Engineering (with a Minor in Applied Mathematics) from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
My professional experience has always been with small, diverse teams, which has conditioned me to be a jack of all trades in the IT space. Although I specialize in software development and data analytics, I have also taken on responsibilities in systems administration, project management, end-user support, and telemetry hardware.
My mission is to put powerful analytic tools in the hands of domain experts while addressing the backstage technical concerns.
In my spare time, I like to bolster my geek credentials by playing board games, working on small robotics projects, and running my 3D printer nonstop. I have also recently taken up knitting.

Research/Practice Interests

DevOps, Interactive Data Visualization, High-Performance Computing, and GIS Application Development
